- Lead enterprise cybersecurity incident investigations from detection through recovery, including phishing, account compromise, endpoint compromise, insider threat, and data exposure events.
- Coordinate cross-functional Incident Response Team activities with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Operations, Human Resources, and executive leadership; provide technical recommendations and status updates.

- Administer and modernize Windows, mobile, and Apple endpoints with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, and federated authentication; lead Windows Hello for Business rollouts.
- Administer SaaS EHR platforms and partnered end-to-end on migration from on-premises NextGen EHR to SaaS (PCE Technologies) and go-live of the customized V.E.R.A. system.
- Perform Active Directory security assessments covering identity, delegation, privileged access, and configuration risk.
